The pizza place at Knoebels Amusement Resort is going to be changing hands, as well as names and recipes.Cesari’s Pizza had operated at Knoebels Amusement Resort since 1981. The food stand began when Knoebels president Richard ‘Dick’ Knoebel reached out to Carmen ‘Chuck’ Cesari, about setting up shop in the amusement park.’Chuck had been booking Monday night dances at the Hawaiian Bandshell and became a friend,’ said Knoebel in a press release. ‘I asked if he’d take on this new role, he agreed, and it’s been a wonderful partnership we will always look back on fondly.
